Management strategy
SEKISUI CHEMICAL Group's long-term agenda, the so-called "Vision 2030", aims to double the Group's business by the year 2030. This is to be achieved through business growth, reform and a focus on ESG management, which allows the SEKISUI Group to make extensive contributions that help to solve a variety of social problems.
As a first step for turning that vision into reality, the SEKISUI CHEMICAL Group formulated a medium-term management plan 2023-2025: "Drive 2.0". The plan aims to improve the base of SEKISUI CHEMICAL Group’s business and accelerate preparations for the next stage, which is focused on generating growth through a comprehensive ESG management.
