What you'll be doing:

In this role, you are at the heart of our operations. You ensure that customer demand, production capacity, and logistics flows are perfectly aligned.
You will:
• Take ownership of order planning and forecasting, ensuring seamless delivery to our customers;
• Build and optimize smart production schedules;
• Act quickly and decisively when plans change — keeping everything on track;
• Manage logistics flows worldwide (road, sea, and air);
• Oversee inventory and stock levels, balancing efficiency and availability;
• Drive accuracy in data, reporting, and master data management;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and logistics teams.

In short: you are the connecting force that keeps our supply chain running smoothly.
You will report to the Factory Manager, Rene Venner.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or similar);
• 0-2 years of relevant experience;
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data;
• Skilled in Excel; SAP experience is a plus;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is an advantage);
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented;
• A true team player with strong communication skills.

A salary indication between € 3360,- and € 4309,- gross a month for a junior profile.
For a medior profile we offer € 3662,- - € 4889,- gross a month. In addition a 5% assured annually profit and a variable annually company and individual profit. Furthermore 8% holiday pay, 38,5 vacation and ADV days, travel expenses (€0,23/km.), a well pension.
Furthermore the possibility to work one day remote and flexible working hours.
