The Sales Manager is responsible for converting commercial opportunities into new and existing business within the thermal
interface materials segment.” With a strong focus on new customer acquisition and building long‑term partnerships, in order to meet and exceed sales targets.
This is a new position, due to growth, you work in a hybrid way with frequent visits to the location in Roermond. Your customers and prospects are located in Europe.
You will report to the General Manager Sales & Marketing, Peter Hasch, and will be supported by your internal sales & engineering colleagues (Roermond and HQ).

What you'll be doing:
Within this job there are the following focus areas:
• Preparing the sales forecast for the assigned area;
• You maintain existing contacts but also actively seek new opportunities in the market;
• Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, including proactive promotion of the SEKISUI (TIM) portfolio to potential customers;
• Initiating projects regarding new application for current products;
• Communicating with customer’s R&D and SEKISUI engineers concerning possibilities of new applications for current products;
• Analyzing global sales data to identify trends, opportunities and required commercial actions, and providing clear insights for decision-making;
• Establishing key relationships with customers to ensure a maximum level of exposure and increase revenue potentials;
• Staying up-to-date with respect to technology trends and developments within the area of expertise.
What we’re looking for:
• Completed higher professional education (Bachelor, preferably technical and/or commercial);
• Minimum of 6–8 years of international BtoB sales experience in technical products/materials
(automotive and or energy is a plus);
• Experience with thermal interface materials, electronics, chemicals or advanced materials is a strong advantage;
• Proficiency in English and German, Dutch is a plus;
• Willing to travel within Europe (40–60%) and adaptable to different cultures;
• Customer-oriented and proactive, working from a partnership mindset;
• Commercially driven with technical knowledge or affinity.
• Strong communicator with convincing presentation skills.
• Takes initiative and is willing to be critical;
• Structured and results-oriented sales professional.

We offer a suitable travel arrangement, a company car, and a competitive salary €5151,- ~ €7754,- gross salary per month with an attractive bonus scheme. This includes a fixed year-end bonus (5%).
