KAIZEN at SEKISUI: a culture of Continuous Improvement
KAIZEN, a Japanese term meaning “change for better,” is more than a concept, it’s a methodology and a philosophy that drives progress through small, consistent improvements.
At SEKISUI, KAIZEN is deeply embedded in our culture. It shapes how we work, innovate, and collaborate every day. This mindset encourages every team member to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make processes more efficient and sustainable.
For us, KAIZEN is not just about operational excellence: it’s about creating value for our customers, reducing environmental impact, and fostering a workplace where ideas thrive.
Each year, our companies' brightest ideas take center stage at the KAIZEN Convention, where teams compete to showcase innovation and excellence. The 15th European edition brought forward sustainable concepts, data-driven strategies, and transformative progress.
Celebrating KAIZEN: The 15th European Convention
On 18 November, the 15th edition of the European KAIZEN Convention took place at the beautiful Daelenbroeck Castle in Roermond, Netherlands. Seven teams from across our European sites stepped up to present their improvement projects, each one reflecting the spirit of progress that drives us forward. Beyond the competition, the event was a chance for colleagues to connect, share ideas, and celebrate achievements across borders.
Congratulations to all participants!
